Important Notes:
1. If you need to reschedule or cancel a booking, please do so online (refer to the tutorial below), call 1300 905 269 or text 0434 284 585. Please do NOT send emails.
2. Reschedule or cancellation must be done at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment;
3. Due to the recent increase in fuel prices, effective from 10 August 2026, our standard inspection fee within Zone 1 (within a 40 km radius of the responsible office) will increase to $290 + GST. Applicable surcharges, if any, will remain unchanged. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions below for further details.
Terms & Conditions
1. We require a minimum one working day notice;
2. Your desired inspection date and/or time may be adjusted to suit our schedule. We will contact you if this happens;
3. Cancellation fee is $8.80. Rescheduling is free of charge;
4. Sites located outside 40 km radius (Zone 1) from the office under booking incur extra fee: (i) Zone 2 (41-60 km): $154; (ii) Zone 3 (61-80 km): $231; (iii) Zone 4 (81-100 km): $308; (iv) Zone 5 (101-120 km): $385; (v) Zone 6 (121-140 km): $462; (vi) Over 140 km: To be advised;
5. Inspections for multi-dwellings (3+ units) incur a surcharge of $154 per unit from the 3rd unit. Surcharge will be invoiced separately after the inspection. All prices are GST inclusive.
6. Consultation fees (for all levels) do not include formal reports or drawings. If formal reports and/or drawings are required, they will be quoted separately after the inspection.
